Personnel was very amiable and especially helpful!

Hotel was extremely comfy and relaxing and the room was functional. The breakfast was exceptionally nice as expected with rice and soup, for example. The location was lovely, just a walking distance from Zenryu-ji Temple. I loved having a metro station within 15 minutes walk.

Excellent value, room was new-fashioned, staff were attentive. My room included a work desk, an electric kettle, and an electronic key card. Incredible and absolutely perfect location, it was right by shin okubo train station, and grocery shops and a 100¥ store. It also was super close to two train stops.

The hotel was conveniently situated near a bustling area with plenty of dining options and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, the proximity to the train station made it easy to explore the city. The rooms were sparkling clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

One drawback was the lack of tumble dry machines, although there was a coin laundrette nearby. Additionally, the small size of the rooms could be a bit cramped for some guests.

The employees are all hospitable. The hotel has a very central location handy to the train stations...

Make sure you stay in the a double room with a great bed and excellent shower, for example. The airport is 16 miles away.

We really enjoyed the hotel, it was comfortable modern and had absolutely incredible location just next door to the Narita express and a taxi for guests. The staff was excellent and very very helpful all the time. There were very comfy beds and a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card inside the room.

Stylish hotel, breakfast was exceptionally nice, magnificent location in the adjoining cafeteria. Extremely comfy bed, clean bathroom and a safe, a refrigerator, and a writing table in the room. Breakfast with soup and rice, as for instance.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cen during our recent trip to Japan. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our late check-in smooth and even guiding us to a nearby bar open past midnight. The English spoken by the staff was the best we encountered during our entire trip. The room, with its comfortable bed, great shower, and amazing toilet, provided everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple train lines. The breakfast offered a mix of Western and Asian options, including delicious croissants and soup. We will definitely be returning to Tokyo and basing our trip from Hotel Cen.

I really loved the modern design and intelligent finishes at Cen. The room, although a little small, was super clean and had the most comfortable beds. The shower was amazing, with a great water pressure and temperature control. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, tucked away in a quiet street behind all the main sights of the city. It was also close to the stations, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo. I highly recommend Cen for a few days visit to Tokyo.

Also, location was good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Omoide Yokocho nights Market. Visited few places in the center, relatively close to the hotel.

Reasonably priced for Tokyo standards. Fluent English spoken. Clean and comfy rooms for 2. Good location near Shin-Okubo and walkable to Shinjuku. Provides bathrobes. Short walk to grocery shops, restaurants, and Okubo Train Station. Staff called taxi to Haneda Airport. Luggage fit under bed. Small, clean room. Quiet and newly built. Bubble tea cafe in front. Comfy bed and sheets. Easy check-in and check-out. Nicely done, new and clean rooms.
